FAMILY THERAPY

A family of global majority stands together with their feet in the ocean and their backs to the camera. The family appears to consist of two adults and two children.

What TO EXPECT...

In family therapy, the "client" is the relationship between family members. Together we will explore current interaction patterns in these relationships and work together to improve communication, connection, and collaboration. My goal is for each family member to feel heard and seen and for families to come together to create new patterns that best serve their needs.

Family therapy can include parenting, sibling relationships, multigenerational concerns, blended family changes, or any other challenges families may face.

Chosen families are welcome and the therapy I provide is LGBQIA+, trans/gender diverse, and polyam/CNM-affirmating and inclusive. I have worked with children as young as four and held family sessions with as many as eight people!
