How often would we meet?
This is really up to you, but typically I meet with clients either weekly or every other week.
We can talk about what works best with your schedule and adjust accordingly to accommodate financial considerations, scheduling challenges, and need!

Are There Any Restrictions To Us Working Together?
Current laws require that all clients MUST be located in the therapist’s state of licensure at the time of virtual sessions. So, you must be in New Jersey during our video calls.
Additionally, if your therapeutic needs or goals fall outside of the scope of my training or expertise, we will work together to link you with more appropriate services to ensure proper care.

What Techniques Do You Use?
I am trained in family systems and primarily integrate Narrative and Contextual therapy models. I also work from an attachment lens and my work is critical theory and justice-oriented. When working with children, I will often pull from play therapy and other experiential techniques.
I tend to be a very collaborative therapist and will adjust style to best fit your needs. You can learn more on my About Me page, or you are welcomed to ask!
